Time: local or UTC?#33

Dear sir or madam!

At the moment, there is a mess with transaction time formats. In an account page, transactions are in local time:

However, in a transaction page, the times are UTC:
https://minaexplorer.com/wallet/B62qnKspPN6CkA9iVSSLkC2hiDXiwdMEaGiD1uNLLuSjiCn7xHMeCps/transactions

Anb on an individual transaction page, time is local again:
https://minaexplorer.com/transaction/CkpZjGdSwcXBWx8u6i39BNkFfhvNXTLUV5c9vFFDDy4BXTNcbDbRA

It would be great if you fix it somehow. At least, make the user exact knowledge what time you use! Add “UTC”, or “GMT-7”, or “Pacific time”, or whatever at the end! Otherwise, it is a gigantic pain in the back to fill tax forms.

Thanks for the feedback. I’ll look into making this all consistent. By the way for tax exports see https://export.minaexplorer.com/ as likely this will be much easier (and all in UTC).
